News from the Peeps - week one!!

Hi third graders!

We are really liking our warm and cozy brooder box ... it's about 3 feet by 5 feet and it has fluffy wood shavings on the bottom, lots of food and water, and a lovely warm light in the corner for us to take a nap under.

We are starting to grow our wing feathers, and some of us some teeny-tiny tail feathers.

We really enjoyed a treat of sprouted seeds the other day! Today we're trying some scrambled eggs!
